Architectural Calendar
The Calendar
Michaela Scheerer, Kyla Abel, Kayla Pickoski and Abbey Gould worked as a group to create this wall hanging calendar for the year 2026. This calendar features a new word of an architecture style each month. The word of the month is illustrated to look like that style of architecture. The words look like buildings when they are put together, so a layout was created with the words to form a window in the calendar, this way when the words are stacked a certain way the window creates a landscape of buildings. Each month there is a description of the type of architecture featured. Each month is ripped off at the top and can be kept to create the landscape at the end of the year and keep it as an art piece.
This calendar won the Applied Arts award in the student typography application category.
